# Basic import We offer a basic data import which is based on a Template provided by Moment and filled in by the customer. **A Basic import covers only what is described in this section. A minimum charge applies for every basic import requested by the customer.** Basic import only allows import of basic data on customers, projects and employees into Moment. This is a self-service option and you are in charge of filling in the information in our Moment Basic Import Excel file.
