A minimum charge applies for every basic import requested by the customer.** Basic import only allows import of basic data on customers, projects and employees into Moment. This is a self-service option and you are in charge of filling in the information in our Moment Basic Import Excel file. The file will then be sent by you to the Moment's onboarding team, who will import the data into Moment. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
